Electronic Pool Keys may be obtained by homeowners from Renaissance Property Management's office located at 122 Terra Bella Boulevard, Suite B, Covington, LA 70433 during normal business hours, 9 am -5pm, Monday through Friday. Please call 985-231-7188 and schedule an appointment.
Homeowner's must obtain permission in advance from Renaissance Property Management before hosting any parties at the Forest Brook Pool and Cabana. A $75 deposit will be required and the host must secure a lifeguard. Please note that exclusive use of the pool will not be granted.
